If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo, and email it to us along with your order number. We also have the option for you to chat us and submit a photo that way as well. We will be happy to send you out a replacement free of charge.
If you feel the need to return the product you ordered for any reason. You can return your product with in 7 days from the day you received the product. The product must be in the same condition you received it. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
